Dr. Dart earned both a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1998 and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2011 from The University of Mississippi. He is a Board Certified and Licensed Physical Therapist. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Virginia Physical Therapy Association (VPTA). He is a Certified APTA clinical instructor. He has completed the Functional Capacity Evaluation Certification Program. He is a Lift Capacity Certified Evaluator by the Employment Potential Improvement Corporation. He holds a Certificate of Completion in Work Hardening & Work Conditioning from Matheson and Associates. He specializes in general orthopaedics, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Industrial Rehabilitation, and orthopaedic bracing.
Monica Masson, PT, PGD

Mrs. Masson earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 2001 from Maharishi Dayanand University, India and a Post Graduate Diploma from Apollo University, India in 2005. She is a Board Certified and Licensed Physical Therapist. She is a Certified APTA clinical instructor . Monica has completed her certification as an Essential Functions Evaluator (CEFE) from The Back School of Atlanta, Georgia . She specializes in general orthopaedics, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Industrial Rehabilitation, Job site Analysis, Pre-Placement/Post-Offer Employment Testing, and Sports Medicine. She has vast experience working in the Public Safety sector with a special interest working with injured Fire and Police Personnel.
Broadwin Adesegun, PT, DPT
Dr. Adesegun earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2002 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2005 from Arcadia University. She has completed the Functional Capacity Evaluation Certification Program through Matheson and Associates. She has special interests in a wide variety of general and traumatic post-surgical orthopaedics, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Industrial Rehabilitation, manual therapy, geriatrics, and women’s health issues.
Ellen Meekins, MHS, OTR/L, CHT
Ms. Meekins earned a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1989. She earned a Masters of Health Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Florida in 2010. She achieved the clinical specialty of becoming a Certified Hand Therapist in 1994. She is a Board Certified and Licensed Occupational Therapist. She is a member of the America Occupational Therapy Association and the American Society of Hand Therapists. Her clinical expertise includes Impairment/Permanent Partial Disability Ratings, Industrial Rehabilitation, and Occupational Health.
