Dr. Dart earned both a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1998 and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2011 from The University of Mississippi. He is a Board Certified and Licensed Physical Therapist. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Virginia Physical Therapy Association (VPTA). He is a Certified APTA clinical instructor. He has completed the Functional Capacity Evaluation Certification Program. He is a Lift Capacity Certified Evaluator by the Employment Potential Improvement Corporation. He holds a  Certificate of Completion in Work Hardening & Work Conditioning from Matheson and Associates. He specializes in general orthopaedics, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Industrial Rehabilitation, and orthopaedic bracing.


Nick Gallo, PT, DPT

Dr. Gallo earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2011 at James Madison University and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2015 from Shenandoah University. He is a Board Certified and Licensed Physical Therapist and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Virginia Physical Therapy Association (VPTA). Dr. Gallo has completed the Functional Capacity Evaluation Certification Program through Matheson and Associates.  He specializes in general orthopaedics, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Impairment Ratings Industrial Rehabilitation, manual therapy, and orthopaedic bracing.



Kelly Smith, PT, DPT

Dr. Smith graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Marymount University. She is a Board Certified and Licensed Physical Therapist and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Virginia Physical Therapy Association (VPTA).  Dr. Smith has completed the Functional Capacity Evaluation Certification through Matheson and Associates.  She specializes in general orthopedics, industrial rehabilitation, Functional Capacity Evaluations, manual therapy and taping techniques.


Felecia Patterson, PT, DPT

Felecia Patterson is a licensed physical therapist who completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the George Washington University and received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. Dr. Patterson is a Board Certified and Licensed Physical Therapist.  Dr. Patterson has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since 2006 and has completed the Functional Capacity Evaluation Certification Program. She specializes in general orthopedics, industrial rehabilitation, and integrative manual therapy techniques for orthopedic and neuromuscular populations.
