Anne Wuhrer, PT, MSPT

Regional Manager- Northern Virginia

Anne Wuhrer is a licensed Physical Therapist who completed her Master’s in Science in Physical Therapy at Arcadia University and received her Bachelor in Science in Business Administration from East Carolina University.  She has been a Board Certified and Licensed Physical Therapist since 1996.   She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).  

Anne is a dynamic member of the Industrial Health team using her vast experience she gained in a a variety of treatment settings to include Outpatient and Inpatient Orthopedics, Spinal Cord Injury and Neurological Disorders, Traumatic Brain Injury, Concussion, Orthopedics and Industrial Rehabilitation.  This experience allows her to provide the highest level of care for the injured worker. With excellent Case Manager and Physician relationships, Anne is able to facilitate communications for treatment recommendations and case resolution.

Anne has been a clinical instructor and course educator for numerous specialties to include Seating and Mobility Assessments,  Ergonomics, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Adaptive Technology, Foot and Ankle disorders, and Lumbosacral and Sacroiliac Dysfunction and Sports Injuries throughout her 27 year career in the field of Physical Therapy.  

Anne is certified in Functional Capacity Evaluations both in Matheson and Occupro methodology.  Anne is trained in techniques such as Integrative Neuromuscular Dry Needling techniques, Orthotic assessment,  Orthopedic Manual Therapy.  She uses her comprehensive background to evaluate and facilitate effective treatment for the Injured Worker, perform Work Place Ergonomic Assessments and participate in Adaptive Equipment and Assistive Technology Assessments.


Angie T., LTPA

Angie is a NoVA native who received her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from NVCC. She has had the privilege to work in multiple settings with varying populations during her career. Her passion however lies in outpatient orthopaedics and helping people realize their potential and assisting them with returning to their pre-injury status or maybe even better. You will often find her enjoying the great outdoors, pet sitting, on a road trip, participating in charity events, or cheering on one of her many favorite sports teams.

Jonathan Garcia

Rehabilitation Specialist

Jonathan graduated from George Mason University with his Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Studies/Life Sciences. He also obtained his Associate’s degree in Medical Assisting from ASA Institute of New York. He has been with Industrial Health for over 6 years and has worked in the rehabilitation field for over eight years. He completed the Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) Certification and Training through both Matheson and Occupro.     

Jonathan plays a critical role  in the rehabilitation process of the injured worker through his expertise of job specific tasks as well as his vast knowledge of job analysis and functional skill testing.  He  is an integral partner in supporting the rehabilitation process for military, police, fire and other first responders.   

Jonathan is bilingual and integral with providing assistance with translation for Spanish-speaking clients and providing them comfort and support during their appointment at Industrial Health.

Pam Phan

Pam received her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from NVCC and has practiced physical therapy for more than nine years, working with patients in pain management, orthopedic and sports medicine
out-patient settings. She is passionate about getting clients to their goal of returning to pre-injury level and has taken multiple yearly courses in all aspects of orthopedic rehabilitation, including manual therapy techniques, comprehensive treatment of the shoulder, knee, hip, foot and ankle, and functional strength training. In her personal time Pam likes to be outdoors with her young family and be active as much as she can.

Brandi Lann, Office Manager

Brandi has been the first point of contact for Industrial Health since we opened our first location. She has 25 years of experience with Workers' Compensation, from scheduling and authorizations to billing and claims processing. She is very knowledgeable of all services offered at Industrial Health and can assist in navigating the sometimes complex Workers' Compensation process. 

Kimberly Deem, WC Specialist

Behind the scene's billing specialist with over 20 years experience in medical billing. I have been in the medical field for almost 30 years, beginning as an Emergency Medical Technician, and working my way up. I am blessed to have 4 children and 5 grandchildren who I adore spending time with. I love the warm outdoors and boating with my husband.
